It was a long journey—flight from Sydney to Tokyo, then on to Frankfurt and final destination to London—nearly 30 hours in total.
On the flight from Tokyo, two Japanese teenagers were seated next to me. Their energy was beautiful—fresh and light. I tend to sense people’s energy quickly, and theirs immediately put me at ease.

The 14-hour stretch from Tokyo to Frankfurt became unexpectedly memorable because of their presence—two beautiful souls. I quietly thanked them in my mind, even though we hardly spoke.
It reminded me how deeply the energy of others can affect us. So it’s worth being mindful of who we choose to spend our time with—because the right energy can lift us higher, while the wrong energy can quietly weigh us down.
