Grief has a way of changing everything you thought you knew about life. When I lost the love of my life in May 2023, I wasn’t sure if I would ever feel whole again. The ache was overwhelming, and moving forward felt impossible.
Over time, I began to understand that healing isn’t about forgetting. It’s about acceptance and learning how to carry on with love.
A turning point came in November 2025. I stepped away from my routine in London and traveled to India and Australia, spending time with friends and family who had always been my anchors. Their presence reminded me that even in my darkest moments, I wasn’t alone.
I returned home to London in March 2026, feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to embrace life again.
Along the way, yoga and meditation became part of my mornings. These small daily rituals helped me reconnect with myself when emotions felt overwhelming. Journaling and reading spiritual books slowly brought moments of calm between the waves of grief.
Losing him was devastating, but it also taught me about love and the quiet strength we all carry within. Now, whenever I remember him, I cover him with the Light of Love ❤️.
Healing is not linear, but it is possible. And with time, love, connection, and self-discovery can gently guide us back toward joy.
